小測(cè)驗(yàn) — 混合條件句的用法

英語(yǔ)中的混合條件句(mixed conditionals)或錯(cuò)綜時(shí)間條件句指同一句話(huà)中包含兩種不同時(shí)態(tài)的句子,分別用來(lái)談?wù)摬煌瑫r(shí)間所發(fā)生的事情?;旌蠗l件句可以表達(dá)兩類(lèi)情況:第一類(lèi)用來(lái)描述一種與過(guò)去相反的情況所導(dǎo)致的現(xiàn)在可能發(fā)生的結(jié)果;第二類(lèi)用來(lái)描述一種與真實(shí)情況相反從而導(dǎo)致的與過(guò)去相反的可能結(jié)果。

混合條件句通常由表示事與愿違的虛擬條件句(third conditional)和表現(xiàn)在或未來(lái)情況的虛擬條件句(second conditional)的相應(yīng)成分組成。比如:If I hadn't graduated from university, I wouldn't be who I am now. 如果我大學(xué)沒(méi)畢業(yè),就不會(huì)成為現(xiàn)在的自己。前半句使用了過(guò)去完成時(shí),表示與過(guò)去相反的情況;后半句使用 “would (not) + 動(dòng)詞原形” 的結(jié)構(gòu),表示現(xiàn)在有可能發(fā)生的結(jié)果。做八道題,看看你能否選出時(shí)態(tài)正確且句意通順的混合條件句。
