“Doomscrolling” 指 “人們在智能手機應用中、社交媒體或互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上不斷滾動瀏覽無數(shù)的壞消息”。“Doomscrolling” 在新冠疫情期間發(fā)生得更是頻繁，人們呆在家里，刷社交媒體，看到一屏又一屏的壞消息，但仍繼續(xù) “負面刷屏”。And you are obsessed, Rob. You just can’t stop reading information that depresses you!

Examples
I’ve been doomscrolling too much and read so much information about coronavirus that I can’t sleep at night.
